Both sets of terms establish the legal agreement between you and Spring Street Entertainment LLC (doing business as THECLUBISDEAD). Key points include:
- Disclosed Agent Model: We facilitate transactions between customers and organizers. Organizers are the merchants of record for ticket sales.
- No Refunds for Change of Mind: Event tickets are exempt from cooling-off periods. Refunds are provided only when events are cancelled.
- Account Requirements: You must be at least 18 years old (organizers) or 16 years old (customers) to use our services.
- Governing Law: Our terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, United States.
